The cosy lounge is ideal for relaxing on the sofa with a magazine and a cuppa while the wood burner keeps the place nice and warm. Seaford is a sleepy seaside town whose centre is 1.5 miles away. Within 0.5 miles you'll find a country pub with scenic views over the Cuckmere River. For a day trip, head to the vibrant coastal towns of Eastbourne (8 miles) or Brighton (14 miles). Lewes, located 12 miles inland, is another great option here you can enjoy a day of history with a visit to a Norman castle and the medieval Anne of Cleves house. This part of the country is well serviced by train so you may choose to leave your vehicle at home.
