The kitchen with its dining area is the heart of the home and is fully fitted with plenty of cupboard and work space, so whether you are preparing a quick snack or a delicious dinner you can prep with ease. The large sitting room is perfect for enjoying time together. In winter you can settle down with a DVD in front of the glow of the electric woodburner-effect stove, and in summer open the doors onto the garden and breathe in the soft breeze. There are three delightful bedrooms each offering guests ample storage space along with an excellent night's sleep.

The traditional seaside town of Hastings, just six miles away is where you can enjoy everything from fairground rides to fishing trips, crazy golf and candyfloss, take a stroll along the prom or pier and after a mouth-watering meal at one of the numerous restaurants, enjoy an evening at one of Hasting’s three theatres.
