Hale Barn is a restored, timber-framed listed Sussex barn in Chiddingly near Lewes. Around 250 years old, this four-bedroom barn conversion sits on a working 56-acre family farm in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sleeps eight and comes with a private hot tub for eight. The setting is along the Weald Way at the head of the Cuckmere Valley.
The farm is home to donkeys, pygmy goats, rare breed pigs, Lleyn and Ryeland sheep and free-range poultry. Guests can help feed the animals. The South Downs Country Park, the High Weald and the Sussex coast are all within easy reach. The beach is 10 miles away.

The nearest railway station is Lewes, approximately 6 miles away. From Lewes station a taxi will take you directly to the farm in Chiddingly. Lewes has regular services from London Bridge and Brighton.
